These are free virtual classes run by a Children’s Nurse, Lactation Consultant and Health Visitor.
Classes run in the evening from 7pm to 8:30pm (approx.).
There are 3 classes in the course: ‘Feeding Baby’, ‘Happy Baby’ and ‘Fathers & Partners’.
Classes last about 2 hours including a short break.
Feeding Baby class: Skin to Skin, What’s in breastmilk, How to breastfeed, Collecting colostrum in pregnancy, Troubleshooting
Happy Baby class: Expressing, Using bottles, Using formula, Mental Health, Baby Sleep, Babywearing
Fathers & Partners class: Why fathers and partners matter, Relationship changes, Bonding with baby, Mental Health
You will learn about baby behaviours and development to help you understand your baby.

We are here to help and support you to feed your baby.
Come along to get some support with feeding your baby or have a chat with other mothers. A Health Visitor, Peer Supporter and Lactation Consultant will be at each group.

Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned feeder, it’s always lovely to see you, hear how you’re getting on and discuss what further support we can give.
24/7 services: NHS 111 for all non-emergency queries. 999 for a life threatening emergency.
